One of the world’s largest museums, The Egyptian Museum was designed to house the antiquities of Ancient Egypt, most notably the Rosetta Stone, a 1750 BCE stele of Egyptian origin with a trilingual inscription in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, ancient Greek, and ancient Demotic Egyptian. It’s considered the key to deciphering Egyptian hieroglyphs. Inside the Cairo Museum is a collection of Ancient Egyptian archeological history. It is one of the best, if not the best collection in the world.
