3 Day Best Ancient Monuments of Luxor, Dendera and Abydos

You will be picked up at Luxor Airport or Luxor Railway Station on your first day for a 6-hour escorted trip.

Travelers to Luxor must first see the Valley of the Kings, the ancient Necropolis of Thebes. Three tombs are visited there: the Ramses Tomb, the Horemheb Tomb, and the Merenptah Tomb.

There will be an Egyptologist tour guide with you to address any queries you may have.

The Temple of Ramses III and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut are also nearby.

The Colossi of Memnon, the two biggest ancient statues in Egypt that date to the reign of King Amenhotep III, will then be shown to you.

You will be driven back to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle for check-in and overnight Luxor after visiting the attractions.

The tour today will last roughly five hours. The Karnak Temples on the East Bank of Luxor will be your first visit. There, you may see the Hypostyle Hall, the Sacred Lake, the Granite Scarab of Amenophis III, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis I, and the Temple of Amon.

You will be taken to the Luxor Museum, which houses treasures discovered in Tutankhamun’s tomb, after visiting Karnak.

The Theben Triad of Amun-Ra, Mut, and Khonsu are honored at the Luxor Temple, which is the next stop. The Avenue of Sphinxes and the monuments of Ramses the Great can be found there. You will be taken back to your accommodation after visiting the sites.
